Theranostics Program Setup and Readiness
Remote nationwide support for urology, oncology, nuclear medicine, radiology, hospital, and outpatient programs.
One coordinated readiness review for the clinical plan and licensed-material pathway.
The review connects the intended therapy with the license, personnel, facility, equipment, workflow, and radiation-safety program.
Facility, shielding, and equipment
Evaluate treatment areas, storage, instruments, surveys, shielding, and acceptance or baseline work.Procedures and workflow
Address treatment-day workflow, contamination controls, radiation-safety procedures, and documentation.Implementation and compliance
Support readiness checks, regulator questions, implementation, and ongoing needs within scope.Pluvicto and Lutathera (Lu-177) theranostics readiness.
Scope is defined after reviewing the therapy, facility, authorization, jurisdiction, and qualifications.
Pluvicto program setup
Review of Lu-177 authorization, personnel, location, procedures, surveys, workflow, and the applicable licensing path.
Lutathera program readiness
Review of the existing license, facility plan, medical-physics needs, workflow, and regulatory coordination.
Other radiopharmaceutical therapies
Project-specific readiness review; a therapy name alone does not determine the licensing path.
The starting point changes the regulatory path.
Facility already has a RAM license
We review the license and proposed service to identify the amendment, notification, internal-update, or other applicable path.
Facility needs a completely new license
We refer the application to a licensing partner and may support facility readiness.
Remote nationwide theranostics support.
Available throughout the United States for NRC and Agreement State jurisdictions.
Planning a new service? Use the free theranostics program readiness checklist to organize the therapy, license, personnel, rooms, equipment, procedures, training, workflow, and target date.
Theranostics program setup and licensing questions.
What does a facility need to start a theranostics program?
Requirements depend on the therapy, jurisdiction, current radioactive-materials license, authorized personnel, proposed location, equipment, radiation-safety procedures, workflow, surveys, and implementation plan. The first step is a project and license-readiness review.
Does a facility need a RAM license amendment to add Pluvicto?
Not every facility follows the same path. The existing license, authorized uses and radionuclides, personnel, location, procedures, and NRC or Agreement State requirements must be reviewed to determine whether an amendment, notification, internal update, or other action applies.
Can you help with Pluvicto or Lutathera (Lu-177) program setup?
We can support qualified medical-physics, license-readiness, facility, shielding, equipment, workflow, survey, implementation, and ongoing compliance portions within an agreed scope.
Can you help amend our radioactive materials license so we can start a theranostics program?
Yes. We can review your existing radioactive materials license and planned theranostics service, then support qualifying amendment work for items such as Lu-177 therapies, Authorized Users or physicians, treatment locations, procedures, equipment, and radiation-safety documentation. The required path depends on the license, project scope, and NRC or Agreement State requirements.
